BCP Plan Maintenance Administer procedures, people and software tools to keep the BCP plans current, accurate and viable.
Training & Awareness Create BCP and network/information security policies, standards and guidelines. Develop awareness and training programs to implement them.
Exercises & Testing Manage and conduct tests to validate the capability of continuity and recovery plans and make changes as required.
